DELIVERY POLICY

Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas. We will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.

Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you the order status via email.

In case the recipient is not available, we will notify you to seek next preferred delivery slot.

Can I place same day delivery orders?
Yes, we accept same day delivery for specific products only unless the order is confirmed before the cut off time.

In case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, funeral directors, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that the florist delivering is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s). Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

In case of flowers, cakes & other perishable products, if the recipient or any representative is not available at the time of delivery (nevertheless we will try to contact the recipient over the phone), the order will be considered as delivered.

You must provide us the valid and clear cut information in the order form in order to help us reach the right place. We will not be responsible for the wrong delivery in the case of incorrect information.

Your order will be delivered with utmost care and as per the description and value. In case of non-availability of flowers, we will substitute that particular flower or product with the flower or product of same or higher value as per your consideration and expectations.

REFUND POLICY

In certain circumstances, we offer full refund up to 48 hours of delivery. The refund is processed to same payment mode from which the payment was made. We will take 2 business days to process a refund request from our side. However, Banks or Credit/Debit Card companies may take up to 10 business days to reflect refund in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel the order anytime with us. You will not be charged anything if you cancel the order before preparation. Incase the order is prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
